Meet The Team!

Jay contributes over 20 years of expertise in the cheerleading and dance venue.  In addition to being a certified STUNT Official, she holds current coaching certifications from USA Cheer, The American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators, The National Intercollegiate Association for STUNT Officials, and The National Federation of  State High School Associations.  

After being titled an All-Star by The Universal Cheerleaders Association, Jay continued to achieve accolades as a competitive, collegiate athlete while obtaining her degree. She earned the role of Co-Captain for The Columbus Crewzers, The Professional Dance Team for The Columbus Crew. 

Jay has expertise teaching tumbling technique, choreography and stunting.  She has coached cheerleaders and dancers in school, recreation and all-star divisions. Her work has produced well-rounded athletes with an emphasis on individual potential.  For 9 years, she was the head cheerleading coach at Denison University.  Jay is now the Head Cheerleading Coach for Wright State University's competitive cheerleading team.

Jay was enlisted in The United States Army and serves the athletes of BACA with the same diligence.
